Recycling scrap metal is the process of systematically collecting, sorting and recovery of useful materials from waste in social and economic life cycle. Recycling includes all measures for the recovery of these materials and their promotion in the production process of new products created through the processing already used products. Sometimes the materials are used again for the same purpose (eg recycling copper brass motor old aluminum cans and glass bottles cables being re cans or bottles) and sometimes old materials are converted into completely different and new products.
The scrap shall not contain: [1] hazardous materials for health, the environment and the production of steel products [2] Non-metallic materials, dirt or excessive rust, [3] flammable materials such as wood, rubber, plastic , lubricants and other chemical or organic substances, and [4] explosives or radioactive materials.
